You key responsibilities:

  • Execute CRM campaigns based on the detailed briefs using available communication channels (landing pages, emails, sms, pushes, pop-ups);
  • The Campaign Execution process includes the following steps according to the Campaign’s Brief: 
    • Campaigns’ mechanics setup and testing in the Promo Admin;
    • Marketing Campaign and Marketing Offer setup, quality check and publishing (landing page, website banners);
    • Communication channels templates setup in the Messaging Admin;
    • Setup and schedule campaigns’ send-outs via communication channels, according to the schedule, and to the customers’ segments specified in the Campaign’s Brief;
    • Issue bonuses/rewards for campaigns that require manual management;
    • Send-out rewards notifications;
    • Ensure flawless customer journey throughout the campaign the CRM Executive is responsible for.
  • Knowledge of the company’s platform promotional tools and features, and Marketing Automation tool Optimove.
  • Knowledge of the company’s BI tool and creating customer segments manually when necessary.
  • Fulfillment of the tasks assigned by the CRM Project Manager according to the CRM Executives’ schedule.
  • Working on shifts during public holidays upon mutual agreement with the CRM Project Manager to provide support for the CS team. 
  • Inform CS and Technical Support about new campaigns to be launched according to the agreed procedures.
  • Provide full support on CS requests related to CRM Promotions promptly during working hours, including cases marked as to be solved by CRM in the common CS cases list.
  • Propose and initiate product improvements of the internal marketing admin system to improve the execution process.

Requirements

Your expertise to meet the requirement:

  • Relevant experience in a marketing role within a B2C marketing department
  • Proven experience in CRM, preferably in the online gambling or gaming industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and systems
  • Experience or knowledge of HTML
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Knowledge of online gambling market trends and player behaviour
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High responsibility, ability to work independently and should be determined to fulfill the working tasks on a high level
  • Strong in time management
  • High attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
