MONCERA PROJECT MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communication with the IT/PMs on the IT development company side
• Work with internal and external teams to iron out processes, test business scenarios
• Oversee and perform financial and contractual operations with clients on the Moncera platform
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure and improve operational performance and arrears management

ABOUT YOU

Mandatory:

• Experience in IT Project Management, Operations and/or Customer Success
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – you must be a good mediator
• Experience with automation tools and systems and quick to learn new tools
• Fluent in English

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the start-up world. In addition, in the field of finance or banking (preferably financial transactions)
• International work experience
• P2P lending experience
• Commitment and availability, passion for finance and innovation
• Positive, constructive and proactive attitude when facing new challenges
