Responsibilities:

• Develop SMM strategies that captivate and engage our audience (over 100,000 PMU artists worldwide already follow us).
• Plan, approve, and execute the content strategy for our different social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc).
• Coordinate marketing activities, delegate tasks to team members or execute them independently (posting, storytelling, creating reels, retouching etc.).
• Analysis of social media trends and adaptation of content to increase audience engagement.
• Content creation and editing: responsible for high-quality shooting and editing of photo and video materials for reels and stories.
• Develop and maintain our visual style.
• Manage targeted advertising campaigns + analysis.
• Collaborate with subcontractors (i.e. organize photo- and video shoots etc.)

• Work experience in SMM of at least 1 year.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Russian (mandatory!) and Estonian (advantageous!).
• Deep passion for marketing and social media.
• Proficiency in working with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other marketing channels.
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms.
• Excellent time management skills and a high level of responsibility to work duties.
• Ability to stay calm even in high-stress situations.
• Quick learner and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
