Customer Care Specialist

In this role, we are seeking a dedicated individual to provide comprehensive support to our valued customers, ensuring their experience with us is seamless and satisfying. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution of business processes, including invoice corrections, order management, and accurate customer-specific reporting. In this role, you will engage in frequent and extensive communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders within Neste. Your primary focus will be on executing operational order-to-cash process related tasks by supporting Finland and other Marketing & Services markets effectively

Your role in our team

• Supporting Sales and Account Managers.
• Managing orders, invoice corrections, reclamations and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Maintaining contract prices and customer data accurately.
• Monitoring credit control messages and taking necessary actions.
• Generating reports and statistics for customers.
• Communicating and advising customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Resolving problems and enhancing sales coordination.
• Executing other assigned customer care tasks.

Keys to success in this role

• Higher education qualifications.
• Experience in back-office operations would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English; fluency in Finnish or Estonian is desirable.
• Good IT skills, including proficiency with Google office tools; familiarity with MS Dynamics/365 is a plus.
• Demonstrated responsibility and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
• Ability to efficiently prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
