The role & the goal

Our new Recruitment Manager loves working with people and will be responsible for recruitment department, leading the team of Recruiters, generate and implement new internal and external recruitment ideas, approaches and campaigns to attract talented and suitable candidates.

As a Recruitment Manager you don't afraid to think out of the box and use your creativity!

What you will do

• Design and implement internal and external recruitment strategies and approaches;
• Attract right and talented candidates using various sources, such as career fair and events, social media, databases, job boards, sourcing etc;
• Composing and planning recruitment budget, and communicate with service providers and agencies; 
• Planning overall recruitment plan and need for the staff numbers, additionally has overview about predictions, statistics and job market;
• Conduct and plan interviews using different reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter out suitable candidates;
• Manage, has overview and keep up to date the ATS and other tools for smooth recruitment;
• Take part of meetings, reporting and advice management and team leads in recruitment related questions;
• Cooperate with department managers for planning future hiring needs;
• Contribute to employee's onboarding and offboarding process;
• Plan social media campaigns and creating content to different social media channels, and activities to improve our employer's brand;
• Develop and supervise the team of Recruiters by leading, motivating and guiding.

What we are expecting

• Inner drive to take a lead role to generate the new approaches and recruitment campaigns;
• Creativity and encourage to come out and implement the new ideas;
• Knowledgeable of modern tools, and initiative to keep things up to dated;
• Previous experience and examples in team leading and recruitment;
• Excellent in Estonian and English, other languages are plus;
• Previous experience in fast growing or startup company is a plus.
