Marketingi Instituut together with Estonian biggest job site CVKeskus.ee & several recruitment sector opinion leaders are searching for the “Dream Employer” of 2021. We need your help to understand the reputation of organizations who are competing for this desirable award.
A total of 16 organizations have decided to put their reputation to the test to understand if they have what it takes to become the Estonian Dream Employer of 2021.
To win this desirable award the organizations must present to the jury of experienced recruiters a detailed overview of all the efforts they have taken to improve the well-being of their employees and working conditions. Furthermore, there will be held an anonymous feedback survey among the employees to understand the impact of these efforts.
Moreover, CVKeskus.ee will also conduct a job market survey to collect feedback from the job seekers to understand the general reputation of the employers.
We hope that you are also willing to take a minute to share your opinion. We don't expect that you have worked for these companies. The goal of the survey is to understand the general reputation of these organizations on the Estonian labor market.
