We’re building an AI-powered SEO platform that fully automates end-to-end organic growth. From daily SEO-optimized articles to backlink building via a managed exchange network, the platform handles it all — keyword research, content creation, optimization, images, localization, and seamless publishing to platforms like WordPress and Shopify. It replaces multiple tools, helping businesses scale traffic effortlessly while they sleep.

We’re looking for a 10x software engineer who will take ownership of building this platform from the ground up. You won’t just contribute — you’ll be the force that makes it real.

• Lead full-stack development: design and implement backend services, frontend interfaces, data models, and integrations.
• Integrate AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI or similar) for article generation and optimization, with robust error handling, cost controls, and monitoring.
• Connect SEO/data-provider APIs for keyword research, analytics, and backlink tracking.
• Build and maintain publishing connectors (starting with WordPress, expanding to others) with reliable error handling and versioning.
• Architect scalable infrastructure: cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, containerization or serverless, job queues to handle bursts of AI workloads.
• Implement authentication/OAuth flows (e.g., Google Sign-In), subscription billing (Stripe or similar), and multi-tenant user management with secure permissioning.
• Ensure security and compliance: data encryption, GDPR considerations, audit logging.
• Write and maintain tests (unit, integration), set up CI pipelines, and enforce code quality and documentation standards.
• Collaborate closely on product roadmap: propose technical solutions, participate in UX/design discussions, and help prioritize features.
• Mentor future engineers as the team grows and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

• Monthly range: €3,500–€4,000
• As this is a 'founding engineer' position, you'll also get equity (vests over 4 years with a 1-year cliff).
