Enty is an Estonian startup that’s changing the way companies are managed. We bring together all essential back-office tools under one roof. Usually, every company deals with a multitude of complex processes — incorporation, accounting, invoicing, employee onboarding, contracts — all scattered across different platforms.

Our goal is to gather all these “boring” things into a single product and make them simple, automated (or even invisible), turning company management into a smooth and aesthetic end-to-end experience.

We are on the hunt for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to be the engine behind Enty’s growth. We need a "closer" who isn't just looking for a job, but is ready to conquer the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

Drive Revenue: Engage with potential leads via chat, email, and calls to convert them into loyal Enty clients.
Pitch with Impact: Clearly articulate the value of Enty’s ecosystem (company registration, accounting, reporting) to international and local entrepreneurs.
Local Expertise: Leverage your Estonian language skills to help us dominate the local market and provide a seamless experience for regional clients.

Requirements

Language Power: Fluency in English and Estonian. You need to be persuasive in both.
The "Hustle" Mindset: You are highly motivated, proactive, and energized by hitting targets.
Clarity: The ability to take a complex product and make it sound like a "must-have" solution.
Adaptability: You learn new tools and tech platforms faster than anyone else.
Empathy & Persuasion: You listen to the client’s pain points and show them exactly how Enty solves them.

As a plus:
