Job description

Runner serves as the link between the kitchen and the dining area. He/she ensures speed, smooth service, and quality by delivering dishes to customers, supporting the waitstaff, and maintaining the setup and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Dishwasher : Wash and dry dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized. Assist the kitchen team with simple tasks if needed.

Cleaning :  Ensure continuous cleaning of the toilets (floors, bowls, sinks, mirrors, bins) working at night in the nightclub or at the restaurant.

Housekeeper : Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and order in hotel rooms and common areas to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay for guests.

Waiters : Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to restaurant guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a high-quality experience in line with the establishment’s standards.

Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee-based beverages and other items from the menu, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Bartender :  Ensure the preparation and service of drinks, welcome customers, and maintain the bar in good condition.

Commis kitchen : Assist the front-of-house and kitchen teams in preparation, setup, service, and cleaning to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Duties and Tasks

 Runner : A. Before Service

* Prepare the dining area: set tables, organize service stations, and stock supplies (bread, water, cutlery, plates, etc.)

* Check overall cleanliness of the restaurant

* Ensure all dishes and service equipment are available and clean

  • During Service

* Quickly and safely transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area

* Announce dishes to waitstaff when placing plates

* Clear tables between courses

* Replenish workstations (bread, water, cutlery, etc.)

* Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and dining room

* Check the visual quality of dishes before serving

* Maintain the pace of service to ensure efficiency and smooth operation

  • After Service

* Assist with complete clearing and cleaning of the dining area

* Store equipment and clean service stations

* Prepare the dining area for the next service

 

Dishwasher :    • Wash and dry dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

  • Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
  • Sort and properly store clean dishes.
  • Participate in general kitchen maintenance (cleaning floors, work surfaces, trash bins, etc.).
  • Comply with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Assist the kitchen team with simple tasks if needed.

 

Cleaning :  Ensure continuous cleaning of the toilets (floors, bowls, sinks, mirrors, bins)

* Restock consumables: toilet paper, hand towels, soap, disinfectant

* Maintain cleanliness consistently despite high traffic

* Report any technical issues (leaks, broken equipment)

* Greet clients courteously and discreetly

* Respond to simple requests if needed (directions, hygiene)

* Maintain a safe and pleasant atmosphere in the restrooms

* Monitor toilets to prevent inappropriate or dangerous behavior

* Alert security promptly in case of risk situations

* Follow hygiene and safety protocols

 

Housekeeper : Room Maintenance:

Clean and maintain rooms according to hotel standards (dusting, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, bathrooms, windows, etc.).

Change bed linen and towels, ensuring they are clean and in good condition.

Replenish room supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, etc.).

Check the condition of equipment and report any malfunction or damage to the head housekeeper.

Common Areas Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness in corridors, staircases, elevators, and other common areas.

Ensure tidiness and proper maintenance of cleaning carts and clean linen.

Guest Relations:

Demonstrate discretion and courtesy when interacting with guests.

Respond to simple guest requests within the scope of responsibilities or pass them on to the appropriate staff member.

 

Waiters : 

  • Guest Welcome and Care

- Welcome guests and seat them.

- Present the menu and provide recommendations.

- Take orders.

  • Dining Room Service

- Serve food and beverages.

- Clear and reset tables.

  • Setup

- Prepare the dining area and set tables.

  • Payment

- Present the bill and process payments.

  • Hygiene and Safety

- Comply with HACCP rules and maintain cleanliness.

  • Communication and Teamwork

- Coordinate with the kitchen and the service team.

 

Barista : - Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc.) according to the establishment's standards.

- Advise and guide customers on different products and offers.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and equipment.

- Manage stock and report supply needs.

- Assist in opening and closing the café.

- Handle cash and manage transactions accurately.

- Contribute to creating new recipes and improving the menu offerings.

 

Bartender :  Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Welcome customers and provide advice and recommendations

Handle payments and cash register operations

Ensure cleanliness of the bar and compliance with hygiene standards

Assist with stock management and ordering supplies

Create a friendly and professional atmosphere

 

Commis kitchen : * Prepare the dining area (setting tables, cleaning, organizing)

* Assist in the preparation of simple dishes under the supervision of the chef

* Provide service in the dining room according to the manager’s instructions

* Maintain cleanliness of all areas (dining room, office, equipment)

* Supply workstations with necessary items (bread, water, condiments, dishes)

* Comply with hygiene and food safety standards

Compensation and Benefits

All position : 

* Accommodation provided

* Annual round-trip airfare covered

* One day off per week

Runners : * Motivating salary and possible bonuses: 1 600€ net/month plus a 300€/month bonus paid at the end of the completed contract

Dishwasher : Competitive salary and potential bonuses: 1400€ net/month plus a 300€/month bonus paid at the end of the full contract period.

Cleaner : Competitive salary with possible bonuses: 1 400€ net/month plus a 200€/month bonus paid at the end of the completed assignment

Housekeeper : Attractive salary and potential bonuses: 1 800€ net per month, plus a 400€/month bonus paid at the end of the full completion of the assignment.

Waiter : Attractive salary and potential bonuses: 1 800€ net per month plus a 400€/month bonus paid at the end of the full completion of the contract

Barista : Competitive salary and potential bonuses: 1 600€ net/month, plus a 200€/month bonus paid at the end of the completed contract.
