Runner serves as the link between the kitchen and the dining area. He/she ensures speed, smooth service, and quality by delivering dishes to customers, supporting the waitstaff, and maintaining the setup and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Dishwasher : Wash and dry dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized. Assist the kitchen team with simple tasks if needed.
Cleaning : Ensure continuous cleaning of the toilets (floors, bowls, sinks, mirrors, bins) working at night in the nightclub or at the restaurant.
Housekeeper : Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and order in hotel rooms and common areas to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay for guests.
Waiters : Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to restaurant guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a high-quality experience in line with the establishment’s standards.
Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee-based beverages and other items from the menu, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Bartender : Ensure the preparation and service of drinks, welcome customers, and maintain the bar in good condition.
Commis kitchen : Assist the front-of-house and kitchen teams in preparation, setup, service, and cleaning to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
Duties and Tasks
Runner : A. Before Service
* Prepare the dining area: set tables, organize service stations, and stock supplies (bread, water, cutlery, plates, etc.)
* Check overall cleanliness of the restaurant
* Ensure all dishes and service equipment are available and clean
* Quickly and safely transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area
* Announce dishes to waitstaff when placing plates
* Clear tables between courses
* Replenish workstations (bread, water, cutlery, etc.)
* Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and dining room
* Check the visual quality of dishes before serving
* Maintain the pace of service to ensure efficiency and smooth operation
* Assist with complete clearing and cleaning of the dining area
* Store equipment and clean service stations

Housekeeper : Room Maintenance:
Clean and maintain rooms according to hotel standards (dusting, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, bathrooms, windows, etc.).
Change bed linen and towels, ensuring they are clean and in good condition.
Replenish room supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, etc.).
Check the condition of equipment and report any malfunction or damage to the head housekeeper.
Common Areas Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness in corridors, staircases, elevators, and other common areas.
Ensure tidiness and proper maintenance of cleaning carts and clean linen.
Guest Relations:
Demonstrate discretion and courtesy when interacting with guests.
Respond to simple guest requests within the scope of responsibilities or pass them on to the appropriate staff member.
Waiters :
- Welcome guests and seat them.
- Present the menu and provide recommendations.
- Take orders.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Clear and reset tables.

- Present the bill and process payments.

- Assist in opening and closing the café.
- Handle cash and manage transactions accurately.
