About the role, as a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for

Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail in Danish & Swedish and English language. Our support team only processes incoming calls primarily in Swedish language and sometimes also in English
Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings and more
Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly

Start date: May 25th, 2026

Working hours: Work in 8,5h shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM till 8 PM

Location: Work from home (in Estonia) or office (Tallinn & Tartu)

Our recruitment process consists of a short phone interview, an online test, finally an interview (in Swedish and/or English) and a background check. If we turn out to be a match, we'll be happy to make an offer!

Please note that recruitment is handled by a Recruiters based in Sweden and Estonia.

Requirements

To do great in this role, you must be fluent in Swedish or Danish and have a good command of English. Other than that, we'd love for you to be flexible and dynamic addition to our team.

To make the most of your time here, we'll offer you this:

A base salary of 1750 - 1800,- Euros/Gross during the probation and 1947,- Euros/Gross after probation
Bonus up to 250,- Euros/Gross
