We are entering the next critical phase in our global plans: turning working machines into scalable industrial platforms, and bringing our production to international markets.

We are looking for a Chief Engineer / Head of Engineering to lead this transition.

As Chief Engineer, your mission is to industrialize our technology and turn it into a reliable, scalable production system.

You will lead a team of 10 highly skilled engineers, supported by external development partners and international R&D collaborations.

This is a unique combination of engineering leadership and hands-on technical problem-solving - building, stabilizing, and scaling something that does not yet exist at industrial level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the engineering team and development work

• Drive the industrialization of the production technology

• Develop and improve machinery, systems, and processes

• Contribute to technical strategy and solve complex challenges aligned with company growth and international expansion
