Job Description
• Planning and initiating the project, incl. sales support, offer documents, contracts
• Organizing project setup, e.g. assembling and instructing project team, preparing project plan and risk management plan
• Implementing the project, e.g. coordinating client needs and technical solutions, making quality control, managing project process and documentation
• Acting as a liaison between the business, end-users, technology team and subcontractors
• Participating in system analysis and product development discussions that drive business growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or equivalent field of study
• Work experience as a system analyst or project manager in IT
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and MS Project or relevant Gantt project tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills both in verbal and in written
• Ability to travel and work with team and partners in multiple geographical locations,both in English and Estonian language.
