Adacel is a global leader in air traffic management and air traffic simulation training solutions. More than 21% of the world’s airspace is controlled with Adacel’s Aurora air traffic management technology. Adacel’s ATC solution incorporates MaxSim – an industry-leading air traffic control simulator used for controller training by civil and military authorities including ANSPs, universities, airport authorities, defense & security organizations. Since 2022 Adacel has an office in Estonia, where virtual Air Traffic Control (ATC) tower system REVAL is developed.

Töö kirjeldus

• Leading a section of the technical team in completing tasks within an assigned project

• Defining solutions, managing resource planning and ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality engineering and technical solutions

• Assisting the Head of Engineering in managing internal processes of the technical team

• Improving the architecture and developing software components himself/herself

• Validating the results of the development work

• Taking part in related discussions, research, and/or decisions in-house and with the client.

Ootused kandidaadile

• Higher education in computer science or engineering

• At least 3 years of practical work experience in software development

• Experience in leading small software development teams

• Good programming skills, preferably knowledge of functional languages

• Knowledge of UML, Linux, SQL and Microsoft Office products

• Ability to work with team and partners in multiple geographical locations,both in English and Estonian language.
