SMT Operator

We are looking for an SMT Line Operator/Programmer to run and program our full surface-mount production line. You will be responsible for machine programming, setup, and process quality across the entire line.

About the Line

We are building one of the most flexible SMT lines available for prototyping. It is designed for fast changeovers, small batches, and high component variety rather than mass production. You will work on prototypes and low-volume series, which means new boards, new setups, and new challenges on a regular basis — not the same program running for weeks. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and having real ownership of the process, this is that kind of job.

• Hands-on experience working on an SMT production line
• English at a working level — able to read and understand technical documentation and communicate on the job
• Confident skills with a soldering iron and hot-air rework station
• Solid knowledge of electronic components (identification, polarity, packages, markings)
• Ability to read and work from technical instructions, drawings, BOMs, and assembly documentation
• Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
