Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager for Estonia who will drive corporate sales, build strong client relationships, and promote our hotel services.

What you will do at Mogotel Hotel Group:

  • Acquire new corporate clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing ones.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and pricing proposals.
  • Represent and promote hotel services, including presentations and client meetings.
  • Manage and achieve assigned sales budgets and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for management.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, preferably in sales or revenue management.
  • Excellent command of Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • The ability to work independently, stay organized, and achieve goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly and solve challenges in a dynamic environment.
