- Ensure the company’s accounting is comprehensive, well-structured, and compliant with all legal requirements and internal Group accounting policies.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
- Managing tax accounting and ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting;
- Communicating with auditors, the Tax and Customs Board, and other financial partners;
- Advising management on financial and accounting-related matters;
- Developing and automating accounting processes.
IF YOU HAVE:
- Previous experience as a Chief Accountant or in a comparable role;
- Experience with consolidation and audit-related processes;
- Strong knowledge of Estonian tax regulations and accounting legislation;
- An analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and responsibility;
- The ability to work independently while valuing teamwork and to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent command of Estonian;
- Good command of English at a professional communication level (knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage);
- Previous experience with accounting software (preferably Axapta) is an asset.
