Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement chatbot solutions (web, messaging platforms, AI-based)
• Build conversational flows and optimize user experience
• Integrate chatbots with APIs, CRM systems, and third-party services
• Monitor performance, analyze user interactions, and continuously improve chatbot efficiency
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing chatbot systems
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, NLP, and automation tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience in chatbot development (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, ChatGPT API, or similar)
• Strong understanding of conversational UX and dialogue design
• Experience with API integrations and backend logic
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript / Python
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and AI-driven solutions
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Basic understanding of analytics and A/B testing
• Experience with voice bots or multilingual bots
