• Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering OR Process / Industrial Engineering
• English language proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in root cause analysis and process troubleshooting
• Ability to design and execute process trials
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes
• Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to interpret SPC and process data
