Lending Manager

Citadele Bank is a modern bank that is transforming the banking sector in the Baltics. We offer a wide range of classic banking products and services, as well as innovative new financial technologies. We are looking for a Lending Manager to join our team in Baltic Small Size Enterprises Unit.

GET READY TO:
- Consult existing and new clients on services provided by the Bank, ensuring sales of Bank products for business clients  
- Conduct the search for new potential Bank customers 
- Service lending customers with total Group loan exposure up to 1m EUR   
- Ensure great cooperation with other Bank units in relation to evaluation, structuring and approval of lending transactions  
- Analyze business clients' applications for financing, financial statements, business plans and other documents 
- Perform the administration and monitoring of the financing products under responsibility

YOUR PROFILE:
- A business-oriented and results-driven approach 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- Strong analytical and credit scoring skills 
- At least 1 year of experience in business banking  
- A university degree in economics, business administration, banking, or finance (advantage) 
- Fluency in Estonian and English languages (both written and oral)
