Junior Accountant (part time)

We are looking for a part time JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT with some prior experience who is eager to learn and grow within our team. The role involves general accounting supports in a fast paced and evolving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day to day accounting tasks.

• Prepare and process payments.

• Compile payment files.

• Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and statistical reporting.

• Prepare and submit VAT returns.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Supports management with accounting related tasks.

• 1-2 years of accounting experience and relevant education.

• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and taxation.

• Familiarity with VAT and reporting requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent spoken and written Estonian and English.

An advantage

• Experience with Persona V3, SmartAccounts or Envoice is a plus but not required.

• Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.

• Possibility to work part-time.

• Salary for part time (20 hours per week) 1500€ gross.
