What We’re Looking For

As an Accountant for our company, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
- Assist in creating budgets and forecasts for the company’s projects and operations.
Tax Compliance:
- Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities relevant to the tourism industry.
Expense Tracking:
- Monitor travel-related expenses and ensure they align with the approved budget.
- Audit and process employee expense reports.
Tour-Specific Financial Analysis:
- Track revenue and costs associated with specific tours and travel packages.
- Provide financial insights to improve pricing strategies and profitability.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., government tourism licenses, tax laws).
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Atlest Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum Tase 5 or similar certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in accounting; experience in tourism, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
