About The Role

 

The Guest Journey Manager is the central coordination point for everything that touches the guest — from first enquiry through to post-retreat follow-up. You will convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, prepare deeply personalised pre-arrival experiences, and ensure every promise made during the sales process is delivered seamlessly on the ground.

You will work closely with the General Manager, external sales representatives, and all retreat departments — wellness, culinary, hosting, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Managing all inbound enquiries and reservations across direct and trade channels
  • Coordinating the full guest journey from booking through departure and beyond
  • Gathering pre-arrival guest information — wellness goals, dietary needs, special requirements — and briefing the relevant teams
  • Supporting sales conversion through operational knowledge and availability management
  • Coordinating group retreats, buyouts, and practitioner-led programs
  • Managing post-stay feedback, reviews, and returning guest relationships
  • Maintaining accurate booking records and contributing to operational reporting

What we are looking for

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, retreat operations, or high-end guest services
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple guest relationships simultaneously
  • Experience with reservation systems or booking platforms preferred
  • A genuine affinity for meaningful, values-led hospitality
