We are seeking a proactive and analytically strong Financial Controller to support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with management and business units to deliver insights that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive accurate, timely, and compliant month-end closings and related reporting.

  • Analyse monthly and quarterly financial results, including variance analysis and identification of key drivers.

  • Drive streamlining and standardization of financial processes, including controlling initiatives and company projects.

  • Support the design, implementation, and improvement of internal controls, including internal controls reporting and compliance

  • Participate in the financial audit process, including preparation of documentation and responding to auditor queries

  • Support tax reviews and transfer pricing processes, including preparation of relevant financial data and analysis.

  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance and support decision-making.

  • Participate in the budgeting and financial planning process, including preparation of forecasts and long-term plans.  

  • Develop and maintain scenario and sensitivity models to evaluate business decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and controlling.

  • Solid understanding of financial processes (month-end closing, reporting and internal controls)

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as to be a team player.

  • Experience working in international or multi-country environment.

  • 2+ years of audit experience (preferably Big4 and/or in-house audit) and transfer pricing knowledge are considered an advantage.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
