Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations across logistics, transportation, and distribution networks;
Design and implement systems, processes, and KPIs to support daily activity;
Manage operational budgets, cost control, and resource allocation;
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company standards;
Establish and maintain beneficial cooperation with external partners providing operational excellence and best service for customers;
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing local team.

Qualifications we are looking for:

University degree;
Proven experience in senior operational roles within logistics, transportation, or supply chain management is a major advantage;
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and align teams;
Deep understanding of logistics technologies, experience in optimizing large-scale operations, data-driven decision-making capability;
Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
