Architect

• In your job, you will act as a chief designer as part of a customer-oriented team.
• You will be supported by the project management and representatives of the client company.
• Your tasks include, e.g preparing master plans while listening to the customer's wishes. 
• Your job involves independently managing the building permit process and, e.g, agreeing on road use rights.

The job is part-time for 1-3 months

• We expect the applicant to have experience in building design, construction drawing, and knowledge of permit processes.
• You are proficient in the use of CAD-based programs and level drawing.
• To succeed in this job, you must be self-initiative and have good interaction skills.
• Maturity, adaptability, and diligence are also prerequisites for your job.
• The applicant must have good Estonian and English language skills.
• English is required for our project. Finnish is a plus.
