Administrative coordinator

Monitoring and distribution of incoming correspondence, identifying messages requiring management’s attention;
Control of project-related document flow and tracking the availability of mandatory documentation;
Working with databases (projects, clients, business trips, employee documents);
Organization of business trips and visa support for company employees;
Performing day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.

Higher or secondary professional education (preferably technical);
Previous administrative experience will be considered an advantage;
Conversational proficiency in English and Russian;
Ability to work with large volumes of information and multiple tasks simultaneously;
Confident computer skills and proficiency in office software;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
