Motley Denim - Warehouse manager

Motley Denim is one of Europe's largest online stores for Big & Tall clothing, serving customers across 20+ countries. We carry over 4,000 styles from top Big & Tall brands, and tens of thousands of items move through our warehouse every year.

We're a small, focused team based in Tallinn with strong work values. Now we're looking for a Warehouse manager to join us and be the energetic leader of the day to day operation in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations
Lead and motivate a team of 1-4 people (depending on season, workload and projects)
Ensure efficient receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching processes
Monitor inventory accuracy and stock control
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements
Maintain an organized, clean and productive warehouse environment
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow
Track warehouse performance and report on key metrics

We are an international team with currently 4 EU-nationalities represented in our workforce. We are looking for you who are born and raised in a European Union country and with one of the official EU languages as your native language. Estonian is an official EU-language, but we welcome applicants also with other native EU-languages who does not speak Estonian.
