Schlössle Hotel is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Front Office Team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a central role in creating an exceptional and memorable experience throughout their stay.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing warm, professional and personalized service during the arrival and departure of guests, handling billing and payment procedures, processing hotel reservations and ensuring smooth communication and information flow between the Front Office and other hotel departments.

You will assist guests with their requests, provide information about the hotel and Tallinn, handle telephone calls and correspondence, maintain accurate guest records and ensure that all Front Office procedures are carried out according to Schlössle Hotel standards.

The position involves rotating morning and evening shifts, with working hours from 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00. Flexibility to work both shifts, including weekends and public holidays according to the schedule, is required.

We are looking for a warm, professional and service-minded person with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in hotel reception or a similar guest-facing position is an advantage. Fluency in both Estonian and English is essential for this position, while knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset. Attention to detail, reliability, a professional appearance and the ability to remain calm and positive are important qualities for this position.
