Job Description

Preparing required documents for customs and harbour services;
Preparing the invoices to customers in accordance with provided services;
Communicating with ship’s master, the port administrations and BLRT Grupp managers.

Requirements

Experience in ship agency or maritime logistics is a strong advantage;
Maritime or related higher education preferred;
Fluent in English, Russian, and Estonian (spoken and written);
Strong communication and client-facing skills;
Valid driver’s license;
Willingness to learn and grow in the maritime field).
