Sales manager

Your responsibilities

• Active B2B sales in the Estonian market (new and used automotive parts)
• Developing new client relationships and expanding the client portfolio
• Regular visits to clients across Estonia
• Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
• Consulting clients and offering tailored solutions based on their needs
• Close collaboration with the team in Lithuania.

• At least 2 years of experience in active sales
• Understanding of automotive parts and vehicle structure
• Good English language skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong sense of responsibility and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good time management skills
• Valid driving license (Category B)
• Experience with automotive parts systems – an advantage.
