We are building a modern, aesthetic, slightly chaotic (in the fun way) online adult lifestyle store - and we need somebody who can keep up.

Our website will feature toys, lubricants, lingerie, intimate accessories, wellness products, and all kinds of nichelifestyle finds. Think less “weird back-alley s*x shop” and more modern, s*x-positive, fun internet brand withpersonality.

We want customers to feel comfortable, excited, entertained, and genuinely happy when shopping with us - andyou would be a huge part of creating that experience.

So… if you can answer customer emails, pack orders like a shipping ninja, survive startup energy, and still film a funny TikTok before lunch - we might just need you.

Your main character duties:

• Answering customer questions through email and social media
• Packing and shipping orders quickly and correctly
• Keeping inventory and orders organized
• Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Writing captions, posting content, and interacting with followers
• Helping us grow the brand with ideas, trends, memes, and creativity
• Occasionally doing five things at once because startup life is a lifestyle

You might be perfect if you are:

• Fluent in Estonian and English
• Comfortable working in the adult lifestyle industry
• Outgoing, confident, and good with people
• Driven, hardworking, and independent
• Chronically online enough to understand internet culture and trends
• Organized enough to know where the packages disappeared to
• Funny, positive, and not afraid of awkward conversations

Massive bonus points if you:

• Know Canva, TikTok, Instagram, or content creation tools
• Have experience in customer support, e-commerce, or shipping
• Have aesthetic taste and branding ideas
• Can take initiative without waiting to be told everything
• Can handle awkward customer questions with a straight face
