Jaekaubandusketina oleme hoolitsenud Eesti inimeste heaolu eest juba 15 aastat. Selle ajaga on meie meeskond saavutanud suurima arvu klientide usalduse ning tänu sellele oleme jõudnud Eesti suurimate ettevõtete, jaekauplejate, maksumaksjate loetelude tippu.
Täna 3700 liikmelise meeskonnana hoolitseme koos, et iga päev saaksid 170 000 Eesti elanikku kiiresti, mugavalt ning parima hinnaga soetada vajalikke toidu- ja esmatarbekaupu. Selleks teeme hoolikalt tööd 85 kaupluses, valmistoidu köökides, logistikakeskuses ja peakontoris.
Meie meeskond on nagu väike Eesti - meie seas inimesed erinevas eas, haridusega ning rahvusest. Näiteks, meie noorim töötaja on 16 ja vanim 83-aastane - igaüks on tähtis. Nagu igas heas Eesti peres, hoolime me, et just meie meeskond oleks iga liikme jaoks see, mida ta vajab, ning seda kogu tööelu jooksul.
Paljud meie töötajad alustavad oma tööelu kooli kõrvalt lisa teenides. Sageli on paindlik töögraafik ning vajadusel osakoormus abiks neile, kes otsivad tööväljakutseid teise töö, pere, pensionitoimetuste kõrval. Suurem osa meie meeskonna liikmetest leiab aga aastast aastasse tänu jaekaubanduse mitmekesisusele aina uusi eneseteostusvõimalusi.
Huvitava töö ja töötasu kõrval saavad meie meeskonna liikmed ka muud, perele iseloomulikku tuge. As a retail chain, we have been taking care of the well-being of Estonian people for 15 years. During this time, our team has earned the trust of the largest number of customers, and thanks to this, we have reached the top of the lists of the largest companies, retailers, and taxpayers in Estonia.
Today, as a team of 3,700, we work together to ensure that every day 170,000 Estonian residents can quickly, conveniently, and at the best price purchase the necessary food and essential goods. For this, we diligently work in 85 stores, prepared food kitchens, the logistics center, and headquarters.
Our team is like a small Estonia - among us are people of different ages, education, and nationalities. For example, our youngest employee is 16 and the oldest is 83 years old - everyone is important. Like in any good Estonian family, we care that our team is exactly what each member needs throughout their working life.
Many of our employees start their working life earning extra while in school. Often, a flexible work schedule and part-time work help those who seek challenges alongside another job, family, or retirement responsibilities. However, most of our team members find new opportunities for self-realization year after year thanks to the diversity of retail.
In addition to interesting work and wages, our team members also receive other support characteristic of a family. For example, we provide free transport and accommodation for people who come to work from other areas. We remember our people on important family occasions and support them in difficult times. We also ensure that every team member receives a nourishing lunch.
