Your role includes preparing sales offers and order confirmations, managing claims, and coordinating orders in collaboration with clients and production. You will be a key link between customers and production, ensuring that all orders are completed on time and with high quality. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, solution-driven, and has excellent communication skills.
