SIA Kamene was founded in 1991, alongside the rapid development of the automotive accessories and car care chemicals industry in Latvia. Thanks to its professional staff, strong sales and marketing department, and an efficient, carefully designed logistics system, the company has secured a significant share of the Latvian market in motor oils, car care chemicals, automotive accessories, and other automotive products.
In 2009, SIA Kamene merged with one of the largest car care chemical manufacturers in the Baltics, becoming the leading distributor of motor oils, coolants, brake fluids, and windshield washer fluids in Latvia. This merger created new opportunities for the company to manufacture and distribute products with a wide range of specifications, develop new product lines, and produce goods under customers’ private labels.
Currently, our 27,000 m³ warehouse stocks approximately 2,500 active product items, with average daily sales volumes in the Latvian market reaching 25 tons.
Our products are available in Latvian fuel retail networks, supermarket chains, leading DIY and construction stores, car service centers, and automotive spare parts stores.
With increasing production capacity and sales volumes, since 2011 SIA Kamene has been actively developing the distribution of various product groups and brands across all Baltic countries, strengthening its position in the Lithuanian and Estonian markets.
Despite tough competition and the impact of the economic crisis, SIA Kamene has not only maintained its position in the Baltic market but has also taken a significant step forward in development and growth, expanding its product range with key product groups related to automotive maintenance and industrial lubricants.
At the end of 2019, SIA Kamene became the official distributor of the Repsol brand in Latvia, establishing its presence in the premium product segment.
In 2021, we set the expansion of our product range with additional product groups and items demanded by customers in our industry as our main development goal. We also aim to build successful cooperation with existing and new clients by offering high-quality service, effective sales tools and promotions, training, and other value-added activities.
