We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Lead who will take ownership of Direct Maintenance’s IT environment and drive practical improvements that support our business goals. You will work closely with leadership, coordinate external IT partners, and ensure that technology supports all our teams effectively and securely.
About the role:
- Ensure reliable and secure day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, end-user services, and coordination of external providers
- Lead information security and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Define and drive the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business needs
- Manage IT budget, vendors, and procurement to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery
- Lead IT projects and system improvements, ensuring proper implementation and communication
Skills & Requirements:
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in IT, with a solid background in IT operations or IT management
- Experience with information security and regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and core technologies
- Ability to combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking
- Strong communication skills and a high level of ownership and accountability
