To keep our candidate pipeline strong and consistent, we are looking for an Interviewer to join our team at our Tallinn headquarters. - Conduct structured final interviews with agent candidates from all our markets via Google Meet (typically 15 minutes, up to 30 minutes when a country manager translates)
- Evaluate candidates objectively using our scoring system and grading scale, and write a clear summary after each interview
- Assess candidates' business experience, readiness to work under their own legal entity and the quality of their relationship with their sponsor
- Manage the candidate pipeline from interview scheduling to final approval to begin training
- Coordinate with sponsors and country managers on interview times, language checks and required candidate documentation
- Keep candidate records and pipeline statuses accurate and up to date in our systems
- Track no-shows and follow up according to our process
- Help improve the interview structure and scoring by comparing interview results with agents' later performance

- Experience in recruitment, interviewing, sales or another people-facing role
- Excellent spoken and written English – all interviews are held in English
- Strong listening skills and the ability to assess people fairly, consistently and without bias
- Structured way of working and attention to detail
- Comfort working with video calls, CRM or pipeline tools and spreadsheets
- Ability to keep interviews on time and on topic
- Professional, confident and friendly communication style
- Willingness to work with candidates from different countries and cultures

- Knowledge of other European languages (e.g. Finnish, Swedish, Estonian or others)
- Experience in network-based or entrepreneurial business models
- Previous experience with candidate scoring or assessment methods
