Job Description

Operational management of the shift
Planning and coordination of resources
Monitoring and analysis of work efficiency
Control and reporting of completed work and working hours in the ERP system

Requirements

Experience working with CNC metalworking machines
Knowledge of machining technologies and ability to read technical drawings
Experience in organizing shift work and supervising task execution
Understanding of quality, safety, and 5S requirements
Experience working with production KPIs (productivity, scrap, downtime)
Strong leadership skills and sense of responsibility
Good communication and decision-making skills
