Job Description
Your responsibility will be to develop our brands position in the end-user market of Estonia, preferably with a base in - or close to - Tallinn. The key factors for your success are field sales experience, determination, and the ability to build long-term and trusting customer relationships. Previous sales experience in a customer target group and knowledge of our product groups is an advantage, but we will also make sure to prepare you for the job and ensure that you are continuously involved in product training and other relevant training. We will be doing everything we can to make you succeed in the job and in our company.
You will work from your home office, but most of your time will be spent in the field visiting your customers. The role includes working closely with relevant retailers as well as with the rest of the sales team across Baltics, to identify opportunities and convert key end-users to our market leading cordless systems, so a strong knowledge of the market is an advantage. Your everyday consists of doing customer visits, sales, maintaining product information and make presentations at the customers to make RYOBI®’s wide selection of power tools and accessories known in the market. This also includes product training of local store personnel.
Further tasks:
- Plan and implement sales and market activities.
- Participate in local/national sales events, trade fairs, etc.
- Shelf merchandising and display building and installation.
- Implement and follow-up on sales plans and budgets/work out relevant analysis and reports.
Requirements
- You have a solid experience from sales and a documented ability to sell.
- You have knowledge and experience working in the Estonian market.
- Knowledge from FMCG is an advantage, but not requirement.
- You have strong communication skills and can act like a business partner to your customers.
- You have a natural ability to build trust and strong relationships, externally and internally.
- You are motivated by building something new, but also administer something existing.
- You are fluent in Estonian and to have a strong knowledge of English (for communication with colleagues based outside of Estonia).
- You have experience with the MS Office suite. CRM system knowledge will be an advantage.
- You must have at least a class B driver's license.
