Job Description

In this position you will….

Oversee the hotel’s operations during your shift and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Act as a representative of hotel management in front of guests and team members
Welcome guests and build strong relationships with VIP, loyal, and long-stay guests, ensuring their special requests are fulfilled
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt, professional, and solution-focused manner
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Reservations, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Monitor room allocation, VIP arrivals, and special requests, while supporting inventory control and rate integrity
Identify upselling opportunities and actively promote loyalty programs such as Hilton Honors and other hotel services
Ensure all operations comply with hotel procedures, safety standards, and fire regulations
Take on Night Manager or other operational duties when required

Requirements

We are looking for……

Previous supervisory experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector
Fluent in English and Estonian – both in speech and in writing (any additional language is an advantage)
Excellent grooming standards
High level of IT proficiency
High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
