CONCRETE ELEMENT WORKER

We are looking for skilled CONCRETE ELEMENT WORKERS for our clients to various locations in Finland. Most of the job openings are currently in Lapland, but we hire workers to other locations in Finland also.

Your tasks will include a wide range of concrete element manufacturing work in a precast concrete element factory, and you will work, for example, with reinforcement, concrete casting and finishing of elements.

We expect you to have gained previous experience in precast element manufacturing; either several years of experience or a broad skillset gained in a short period of time. Also the ability to read technical drawings is required. You must also be in good physical condition for the job, and at least satisfactory English skills are considered an advantage. Please mention in your application that what type of precast elements you have produced.

The length of the employment varies depending on the needs of our clients, so whether you are looking for a permanent or short-term job, you have come to the right place.

We provide a full-time job (40 h/week) and the salary is based on the collective agreement for construction industry (starting from 14,06 e/h), but in case you are a seasoned professional, the salary is negotiable (15-18€/h). The employment contract will be concluded between you and BassoHR.
