BUSINESS SUPPORT PARTNER

Manpower´s client is Roche Eesti OÜ.
The Business Support Partner is responsible for implementing, executing, and continuously enhancing marketing, event, and collaboration activities. This role serves as a dynamic internal consultant and expert executor, ensuring optimal operational flow based on applicable internal processes, and providing highly effective support to customer engagement teams.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Marketing and Digital Support Activities;
- Event and Logistics Management;
- Systems and Compliance Management;
- Documentation and Archiving;
- Data Management:
- Contract Management and Cost
Tracking.

You´re a great fit if you have:
- Exceptional skills in planning and prioritizing, with the demonstrated ability to manage
several projects concurrently;
- Critical ability to ensure the correct and detailed execution of administrative and financial documents, and in particular, compliance systems;
- Proven ability to initiate tasks, independently solve problems, and anticipate possible obstacles;
- Strong ability to utilize MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a rapid learning
capability for acquiring proficiency in new databases and systems;
- Very strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Higher education and a minimum of 3 years of similar position working experience;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Estonian and English;
- Knowledge of compliance, ethical, and legal requirements in the industry is an advantage.
