Booking coordinator

• Do everyday bookings.
• Maintain our service standards and guidelines.
• Supervise region tasks.
• Look for new freight clients.

Working time:

8:00-17:00 I-V. One day per week duty. Work day per week duty: 11:00-22:00 or up till finished all tasks, and answer the phone calls and make bookings in the evening. One weekend day per month duty- working: answer phone calls and make the bookings on that weekend day.

• You are well organized – able to perform in a fast dynamic work environment while maintain a positive teamwork attitude.
• You are self-motivated to complete tasks.
• You possess a sense of urgency.
• You are hardworking, not afraid of challenges.
• You are fluent in English, can understand Russian (as advantage).
• You have University degree (logistics as advantage).
• You are looking for long time job.
