We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Partnerships Manager who can grow and manage our partner ecosystem and help execute the company’s long-term growth vision. The Affiliate Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing partnership relationships and directly contributing to the growth of traffic volume and quality.
This role is also suitable for English-speaking candidates (Estonian is not mandatory). Fluency in Spanish is an advantage but not required.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong project and cross-team collaboration skills (sales, marketing, IT).
Results-driven approach and ability to build long-term partnership relationships.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Additional language skills are a plus, especially Russian or Spanish.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, including regular communication, performance reviews, and growth programs.
Negotiate payout models, commercial terms, and promotional offers.
Monitor traffic quality, conversion flows, and other key objectives.
Analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate potential business risks.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative materials, tracking setup, reporting, compliance).
Prepare regular performance reports and contribute to quarterly forecasts.
Keep track of market trends, competitors, and new traffic sources.
