The GM&ESales Coordinator will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.
you will be perform your tasks to the highest level of Hilton standards:
you will be working towards maximizing revenue opportunities in the areas of conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.
Receive and convert incoming enquiries
Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
Participate in hotel promotional activities
Fluent Estonian and English
Passionate about delivery exceptional service every guest, every time, every where
team player and with very good social skills
Previous experience in hotel or event planning organizing industry is beneficial
Positive attitude and self drive
Full training will be provided to successful candidates
