Senior Accountant

At GrouHub, we support digital entrepreneurs (e-Residents) all over the world, in setting up their business in Estonia through e-Residency. GrouHub is an international team that is committed to helping entrepreneurs live without bureaucratic barriers, accounting, or legal headaches.

Professional experience:

- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant

- Previous experience with Estonian e-resident clients and international companies

- Strong knowledge of Estonian accounting law and VAT

- Experience with EU cross-border services and reverse charge VAT

Tools & data handling:
- Good working skills in accounting software (Odoo, Merit Aktiva)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (reconciliations, summaries)
- Experienced working with Microsoft 365 (Teams and Dashboard) is appreciated.
- Experience with payment providers (Wise, Revolut, Stripe, PayPal)

Client & Team work:
- Clear and professional communicationEnglish proficiency (written and spoken) is a must
- Any third language is highly appreciated (German, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Russian, etc)
- Ability to explain accounting and tax topics in a simple way
- Experience working with remote clients and other team members

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and sense of responsibility
