We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to strengthen our commercial team and broaden our presence in the real estate market. This is a hands-on role combining sales support and marketing activities for ensuring a good quality in sales.
You’ll work closely with sales, customer, and management teams to keep materials up to date, support outreach efforts, and help turn real-world customer success into case studies.
This role is ideal for someone who understands real estate fundamentals, enjoys creating and organizing content, and wants to grow into a broader sales or marketing role in a tech-driven company.
R8 Technologies is a proptech company using explainable AI to help real estate owners and operators optimize building performance, reduce energy consumption, and lower emissions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Support the sales team with updating and maintaining sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, proposals, etc.).
- Assist in preparing case studies and customer success stories from live projects.
- Help organize CRM data, sales pipelines, and internal documentation.
- Support lead follow-ups and coordination with prospects when needed.
Marketing Presence
- Adapt technical and commercial input into clear, engaging social content.
- Help to manage and publish posts for the company (in collaboration with management).
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and technical teams to gather information.
- Ensure messaging is consistent and up to date across all materials.
- Support ad-hoc commercial and marketing initiatives as the company grows.
Requirements
- Background or experience in real estate (commercial real estate, property management, facility management, or related fields) is an advantage.
- Understanding of how the real estate industry works (owners, operators, asset managers, ESG, energy efficiency).
- Confidence using CRM and other office software tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Estonian is a plus).
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Estonia.
Good to Have
- Experience supporting sales or marketing teams.
- Familiarity with sustainability, energy efficiency, HVAC, or smart buildings.
- Basic design or presentation skills (Figma, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
