What will you be doing?

Manage daily operations and performance of the Executive Lounge

Deliver consistently high-quality, personalized service to Executive and VIP Guests

Ensure Lounge amenities, supplies, and offerings meet brand standards
-
Maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere
-
Oversee VIP and Executive Guest check-in and check-out in the Lounge
-
Ensure accurate handling of Front Office systems, procedures, and billing
-
Act as the liaison between the Executive Lounge and Front Office
-
Oversee food and beverage service and manage stock while minimizing waste
-
Lead and supervise the Executive Lounge team
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Previous supervisory experience within a hotel, hospitality, leisure, or service-driven environment
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
