COSTING ENGINEER

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of production and finance, where you will develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and translate them into clear cost structures and actionable insights. You will work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams, linking process behavior directly to cost, efficiency, and overall operational performance.

In this role you will:

Develop a deep understanding of production processes and end-to-end material flows, linking process performance, equipment efficiency, and technical parameters to production costs

• Analyze material balances, yields, downtime, and losses to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
• Translate technical analysis into clear insights and act as a bridge between operations and management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Higher education in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of process behavior, material flows, and yield drivers
• Ability to analyze complex technical processes and identify root causes of deviations
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, calculations, and models
• Ability and willingness to work closely with production teams on the shop floor
• Fluent English and Russian, Estonians is a plus
