Claim Handling Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented person whose role is to lead our claim handling team, support customer claim coordination, and improve processes.

• Lead and develop the claim handling team
• Expand claim handling across language groups
• Process customer claims for custom-made worktops
• Coordinate with Quality Specialists and Technicians
• Ensure smooth communication with customers and resellers
• Drive continuous claim handling improvements
• Support claim handler training and development

• C1 level in English and B2 level in Estonian
• Strong leadership skills and previous leadership experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical mindset and process improvement focus
