Business Controller

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our cross-border team.

You are responsible for business line level and to some extent company level financial reporting, planning and forecasting. In close collaboration with business, you’ll produce monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts/budgets, reports and analysis. 

Take part in projects, help introduce new systems and reporting practices, and work closely with the finance team during month-end closing. 

Responsibilities 

Financial Planning and Forecasting: Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow and balance sheet projections.  

Reporting and Performance Analysis: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for assigned business lines, analyze financial results and KPIs to support informed decision-making.  

Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business line management and project/unit managers to ensure alignment with strategic goals and provide support to project managers. 

Requirements 

• A bachelor's degree or higher in degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 
• At least 3 years of work experience in business controlling or similar financial roles. 
• English and Estonian language skills. 
• Strong proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business line managers and project teams. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. 
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
